People who think that they may have been treated unfairly may restore equity through the following:(1)by lessening or withholding their inputs, for example their effort. (2)by increasing outcomes which include asking for a salary increase (3)by rationalizing or distorting outcomes or inputs (4)by changing referent wherein they compare themselves to another person who has the same or similar jobs (5)by quitting their job or resorting to absenteeism

We can say that present constitution is prepared according to the people's will and aspiration because they have got the right to vote and people are voting to choose the right candidate. The candidates are being chosed because of the vote of people
