The major significant changes were reduction in mobility, possession of land, storage and surplus of crops.

Due to Neolithic and agricultural revolution, the lifestyle of ancient people changed drastically. Without agriculture, they used wander much more in search of food, water and hunting but with the introduction of agriculture they needed to take care of crops and thus mobility was less. Also, there was surplus of crops so they needed to store food separately. The rate of death due to starvation during drought decreased as they could consume food stored in cultivating season.
