So i have a question let say you cant eat or drink water for a couple of days and you dont have a appetite to eat when you eat food it hurts your body or when you try to force your self to eat you cant and it hurts ((stomach)) what would you do ...?((plz dont tell me to tell my parents or go to a doctor..))
