With due respect, I would like to state that a few days ago my father had been transferred to another city. In these circumstances, I also have to move with him.  Because I have no relative in this city with whom I can live and continue. As a result, it's impossible to stay in this school. For getting admission to another school I would need a transfer certificate. /school leaving certificate.

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would put this matter into ur consideration and oblige thereby.
