65 hundreds= 65 x100 = 6500

290 ones= 290 x1= 290

The sum of both = 6500 +290= 6790

0.009 because whenever you multiply a decimal by 10, 100, 1000, 10000 etc. you move the decimal to the right however may zeros are in the number. EXAMPLE:
0.00023*1000=0.23. Hope this helped! Also, dividing is the same, you just move it to the left.
