The right to early childhood education is so important that it is defended by the UN in the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child.
According to article IV of this document: Every child should have "the right to special education and care for the physically or mentally handicapped child".
Education as a tool for development and transformation is recognized in a unanimous way by science and by experts in the field. In this way, the need for the State to provide quality and free education for all children is urgently needed. Education must be seen as an investment of nations.
