v = 332.6 + 0.6 t

here we know that

t = temperature in degree C

here we know that

t = 20^oC

now from above equation

v = 332.6 + 0.6(20)

v = 344.6 m/s

now we know that wavelength and frequency is related to speed as

speed = (wavelength)\times (frequency)

now we have

frequency = 32 Hz

now from above formula

344.6 = (\lambda)(32)

\lambda = 10.8 m

so wavelength is 10.8 m
